Russ is a spiritual leader and is a Founding Director and former Vice-President of the International Enneagram Association. He is also co-author of The Wisdom of the Enneagram, Personality Types (Revised Edition), Understanding the Enneagram (Revised Edition), Discovering Your Personality Type(Revised Edition), and author of The Enneagram: Nine Gateways to Presence(audio CD). He was a collaborator on the Awakened Company. Russ books have sold in the millions and been translated into numerous languages. He now leads his own business.
